De Beauvoir Square

De Beauvoir Square is a really attractive square of Dutch gabled houses overlooking a nice, grassy square. It was developed in the 1830s.

I lived on De Beauvoir Square for about a year...unfortunately not in one of the nice houses, but in the Lockner estate that was one side of the square, filling a gap left over from World War 2 bomb damage...still, nice views from my balcony!
