Song Dong at the Barbican

Went to the Barbican this morning to check out the exhibition by Song Dong. It's basically a collection of his mothers stuff, stuff that she had collected over the decades. It's all arranged out in the Curve gallery in types. Quite an impressive collection of stuff, especially for someone who is always trying to de-clutter, such as myself. Also quite moving, when you read the story behind it.

On the way to the Barbican I passed these concrete barriers at Smithfield. I've seen this guys stuff about, on electricity boxes and barriers, and each time I've seen it I've thought "I wish I'd thought of that"
