This is the subway where Joe Strummer busked before he was in The Clash, before he was in the 101ers. Renamed in his honour a couple of years ago.
Up at the top there's a very nice "green wall", put up on the side of Edgware Road tube station. To improve air quality, apparently. Don't know how effective it would be at that, but it looks nice.
